Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Service Delivery Manager at Cloudologic. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing IT service management. The role is based in Hyderabad with the flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for tech initiatives—ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.

• Create compelling content: newsletters, Viva Engage posts, executive decks, leadership scorecards, roadmaps and engagement campaigns.

• Partner with stakeholders to surface priorities, risks, and wins across cloud and infrastructure programs.

• Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts through thoughtful messaging and collateral.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track progress, feedback, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in communications, program management, or change enablement—preferably in a tech or transformation environment.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud & operations

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—written, visual, and verbal.

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communications.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage) and Canva or similar design tools.
