Job Description: Overseeing the delivery of IT services to clients and ensuring that they meet the required standards and expectations. (On-Prem, Cloud and Network) . Managing and coordinating a team of IT infra support teams to ensure efficient service delivery. . Developing and implementing service improvement plans to enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery. . Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues. . Monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement. . Managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that they are met. . Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure smooth service delivery. . Resolving any escalated issues or complaints from clients. . Monitoring and Tracking the Incidents, Changes and Problems/Risks . Leading and Managing Governance. . Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. . Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL. . Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues and make strategic decisions. . Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. . Technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. . Analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. . Customer-focused mindset to ensure client satisfaction.
