Job Description

As the Service Delivery Leader at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all business operations, people, and end-to-end service delivery processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring consistent, high-quality service to our clients. You will be managing cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to SLAs/KPIs, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your strategic responsibilities will involve developing and executing the company's business strategies to achieve the goals set by the board and shareholders. Providing strategic advice to the chairpersons, ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are followed, and preparing comprehensive business plans will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, conducting performance appraisals, training, and professional development activities. Collaboration and building cross-functional relationships with department heads and management across the business will be crucial for success in this role. You will be expected to oversee all aspects of the business within the site, demonstrate a commitment to excellence, and work collaboratively with the management team. Formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth, managing daily operations, improving operational efficiency, and closely monitoring revenue margins will also fall under your purview. Within SAP accounts, you will lead and oversee service delivery operations, mentor and develop teams, and ensure high-caliber individuals are in the right roles. You will play a lead role in supporting transformation efforts and managing risks associated with staff retention. Maximizing economies of scale and managing the financial performance of accounts in the portfolio will be critical responsibilities. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be involved in managing client engagement, ensuring business continuity, and influencing key stakeholders. Providing accurate and timely reports to management, contributing to special projects, and maintaining a cooperative spirit will also be expected from you. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or a similar field. Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or PMI would be preferred. This position is based in Bangalore and follows a hybrid work module.
