Service Delivery Lead

As a Software Service Delivery Leader, your role will involve driving service excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across various software delivery functions. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end software service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations. Implementing delivery frameworks, tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement, and collaborating with business and IT teams to define enterprise architecture roadmap will be key responsibilities. Your role will also include acting as the escalation point for delivery-related issues, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and partnering with internal teams for end-to-end client success. Leading and mentoring a team of service delivery managers, architects, and engineers, managing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration will be essential. Identifying gaps in delivery processes, implementing best practices for improvement, and staying updated on delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies will be crucial for process optimization and innovation. You will also oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, establish governance models for monitoring service quality, and report delivery performance to leadership. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. - 20+ years of experience in software delivery or IT service management. - Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale teams and enterprise clients. - Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and Cloud delivery environments. - Strong background in ITIL, service governance, and client engagement. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Preferred Certifications: ITIL, PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
