As the Service Delivery Leader at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all business operations, people, and end-to-end service delivery processes. Maximizing economies of scale and managing the financial performance of accounts in the portfolio will be critical responsibilities. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be involved in managing client engagement, ensuring business continuity, and influencing key stakeholders. Providing accurate and timely reports to management, contributing to special projects, and maintaining a cooperative spirit will also be expected from you. You will be joining Eurofins as a Site Leader, responsible for establishing and managing the daily operations of the IT Delivery Centre in either Indore or Coimbatore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the growth of the facility in alignment with regional and group leadership, company objectives, policies, and culture. Your strategic thinking and strong leadership skills will be essential in leading cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance work environment. Your key responsibilities will include setting up the IT Delivery Centre to cater primarily to software development, maintenance, and IT support operations, in accordance with group guidelines. As the senior representative at the site, you will cultivate a positive culture that reflects the company values. Collaboration with regional and global leadership will be crucial to implement corporate initiatives and ensure compliance with group expectations. You will drive operational efficiencies through process improvements, effective resource management, and the implementation of site-specific policies in alignment with group leadership and local regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing site performance metrics, such as SLAs, KPIs, hiring pipelines, attrition rates, and employee engagement levels. You will act as the primary contact for site-level decisions, escalations related to financials, operations, technology, and personnel. Building and maintaining relationships with local vendors, partners, and community organizations will be essential for the growth of the site. Your role will also involve planning, forecasting, and presenting annual budgets related to site operations, ensuring data privacy and compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and group IT security policies. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in IT Delivery Centre operations, facilities management, or people leadership. Hands-on experience in setting up and managing IT Delivery centres in Indore or Coimbatore within the last 5 years is required. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technology initiatives is also necessary. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of IT software development, maintenance, and support operations, IT infrastructure, and IT security practices is crucial. Experience in managing multicultural and geographically distributed teams is a plus. Preferred skills for this role include hands-on experience in setting up and managing operations of IT Delivery centres in Tier-II locations, an analytical mindset for identifying improvement opportunities, project management skills with PMP or Prince2 certifications, knowledge of ITIL framework, experience in leading Agile or Lean environments, proficiency in collaboration tools, and hands-on experience in annual budget planning and delivery within the agreed budget.
