🔹 Key Responsibilities

System Uptime & SLA Management

Ensure maximum uptime of the entire security and surveillance system.

Strictly meet SLA commitments for response and resolution times.

Re-analyze complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective & preventive actions.

Ensure 100% completion of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Provide support for critical customer complaints and ensure speedy resolution.

Spare Parts & Inventory Management

Coordinate regular ordering of spares from OEMs.

Maintain optimum site-level inventory to meet SLAs.

Track consumption, analyze failures, and plan replacements proactively.

Team Management & Governance

Govern team performance as per defined metrics.

Manage and upskill site engineers in coordination with HR.

Monitor engineer attendance, job schedules, and deployment at various sites.

8+ years of post-qualification experience.

Hands-on experience in NOC operations, surveillance systems, emergency systems, or security infrastructure projects.

Minimum 3 years' experience in CCTV/surveillance or emergency projects (installation, implementation, design).

Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, vendor coordination, and SLA-driven service operations.
