Position : Sales / Service Coordinator

Location: Bhosari, Pune

Experience: 2–5 Years

Operation Area: In-house Office Work

Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical or Mechanical)

Key Skills Required :

• 2+ years’ experience in in-house service coordination or sales support
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level)
• Strong product knowledge and ability to identify machine parts
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Prepare quotations for spare parts requested by end users
• Coordinate with service team for identifying correct parts
• Follow up with purchase and logistics teams for order tracking and dispatch
• Handle logistics documentation and ensure cost-effective delivery solutions
• Track order status till delivery to client
• Provide telephonic guidance for minor service issues
• Assign field engineers based on client location & need
• Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
• Maintain client database and service history
• Analyze monthly service revenue vs machine sales
• Support AMC offer follow-ups and service team coordination
• Assist in marketing and service campaigns
