Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Service Coordination

▪️ Receive and prioritize service requests, scheduling engineers/technicians accordingly.

▪️ Plan and monitor daily operations — mobilization, logistics, and documentation.

▪️ Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and reports.

Customer Communication

▪️ Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding service jobs.

▪️ Provide job updates, timelines, and resolutions.

▪️ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.

Team Support & Coordination

▪️ Assign tasks to engineers and track progress.

▪️ Ensure technicians have all tools, materials, and documents.

▪️ Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for troubleshooting support.

Documentation & Reporting

▪️ Prepare service reports, attendance, and closing documents.

▪️ Track open jobs, pending materials & follow up for closure.

▪️ Maintain service history and preventive maintenance schedules.

Logistics & Compliance

▪️ Arrange port Passes, Visas, Travel, and Accommodation.

▪️ Coordinate with procurement for required spares & materials.

▪️ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and port regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering (preferred)

🧰 2–5 years’ experience in Service Coordination (Marine/Offshore/Electrical systems preferred)

Must Have:

✅ Strong organizational & multitasking ability

✅ Excellent communication & customer handling

✅ Knowledge of ERP/CRM & service documentation

✅ Basic understanding of Electrical/Mechanical systems

✅ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
