Key Responsibilities: - Manage service requests from customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Coordinate with technicians to schedule and dispatch service requests, optimizing resource utilization. - Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and keeping customers informed about service request status. - Efficiently manage scheduling and dispatch of technicians, ensuring optimal routing and time management. - Accurately enter and maintain service request data, customer information, and technician schedules. - Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Coordination is preferred.
