The Service Coordinator is responsible for receiving and coordinating customer service complaints, aligning service teams, and assigning technicians based on the nature and urgency of complaints to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Receive, log, and monitor customer complaints and service requests.
Assess complaints and assign the appropriate service team or technician as per issue type and priority.
Coordinate schedules and ensure service teams attend complaints on time.
Communicate job details, timelines, and priorities clearly to service teams.
Follow up on service jobs to ensure proper resolution and closure.
Act as a communication link between customers and service teams.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and processes.
Required Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and planning skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple complaints simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of service operations and field coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM or service management software.
Qualifications Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in service coordination or customer support (preferred).
Salary & Benefits 22,000 25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Other benefits as per company policy Working Conditions Office-based role with coordination of field service teams. May require flexibility in working hours during urgent service situations.
