Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule service visits with clients and service engineers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests, complaints, or follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and reports.
  • Track service progress and ensure timely completion of service calls.
  • Communicate service schedules, delays, and resolutions clearly to clients.
  • Liaise with the stores and logistics teams for parts or materials required for service work.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service coordination.
  • Support the service team with administrative and documentation tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.com or Diploma
  • 0–5 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,092.62 - ₹20,943.54 per month
