Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Server Support Engineer. The Server Support Engineer will be responsible for providing server support, troubleshooting technical issues, offering technical support for various operating systems, and ensuring network security. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring server performance, addressing and resolving technical incidents, and maintaining a secure and efficient network environment. Qualifications Server Support and Troubleshooting skills Technical Support and Operating Systems proficiency Knowledge of Network Security Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus Experience in IT support or a similar role is beneficial Show more Show less
