Job Description

Extensive knowledge of Dell, HP, and IBM rack servers and blade servers.
Perform hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and part replacements for enterprise IT products (servers, storage, networking devices).
Capability to identify and replace faulty hardware components, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain a detailed inventory of hardware resources and document replacement activities.
Basic understanding of networking devices, including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of network hardware.
Support and resolve connectivity issues and escalate to higher levels if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,494.08 - ₹20,000.00 per month
