HIOX India looking for a dedicated Technical Support Executive to provide first-level assistance to our customers. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our reputation as a trusted hosting and domain service provider. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to: Domain registration and DNS management Email setup and configuration Website hosting services Guide customers with clear, step-by-step solutions to resolve problems effectively. Required Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience with Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP, DNS, and cPanel/WHM . Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.). Familiarity with shell scripting and basic command-line operations. Ability to troubleshoot hosting, email, and DNS-related issues. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first approach. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to dynamic situations. Educational Qualification Any UG/PG degree from a recognized institution. Additional certifications in Linux, system administration, or hosting (RHCSA, LPIC, etc.) will be an advantage. Experience 1+ year of experience in technical support, web hosting, or Linux server administration. Terms 2 Years Bond Agreement Should have First Class percentage in Schooling till Degree.
