About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both on-page and off-page SEO, team and client management, and proven success working on e-commerce and service-based projects. This is a great opportunity to lead strategic SEO efforts for domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) for multiple projects
• Conduct website audits, keyword research, technical SEO analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Manage a team of SEO executives, assign tasks, and ensure high-quality execution
• Handle client communication, including reporting, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
• Optimize websites for search engine algorithms and best practices across platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS)
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Google algorithm updates
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to drive SEO objectives

Required Skills:

• Expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO
• Strong team leadership and project management abilities
• Proven experience in handling multiple client accounts
• Deep understanding of SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Experience working on both e-commerce and service-based websites
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Pay: ₹30,872.08 - ₹47,253.23 per month
