We are looking for a creative and data driven digital marketing strategist for residential interior design company to develop, execute and optimize our digital marketing process. You will be responsible for identifying market trends, understanding customer requirements and creating strategies that increase brand visibility, traffic, engagement and conversions across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop digital marketing strategies to target audience, business goals, and market trends.
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and display ads.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps .
• Collaborate with designers, develops to align creative strategy.
• Stay current with digital marketing tools, trends and technologies.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Support lead generation through marketing automation tools
• Recommend and implement CRO techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, digital media, Communication or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or strategy.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC , social media and web analytics.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google analytics, Facebook and instagram ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms ( Mailchimp, Hubspot) etc.
• Excellent communication skill, project management and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing.
• Knowlege of UI/UX principles and landing page optimization.
• Creative mindset with strong problem solving ability.
• Basic knowlege of HTML/ CSS or CMS platforms like wordpress is a advantage.

Salary can be negotiated based on the experience, knowlege and skills.
