We are looking for an analytical, results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of Ashray Developers’ digital presence. The role involves improving organic search rankings, managing paid campaigns, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
- Optimise and manage
Google My Business (GMB)
profile and local search presence. - Track, analyse, and report campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to optimise landing pages and marketing assets.
- Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and retargeting campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and marketing tools.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and
GMB optimisation
. - Experience in real estate or luxury lifestyle brands preferred.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit content for
blogs, newsletters, long-form content
, website, social media, and other channels. - Plan and execute
traditional PR activities
, including press releases, media outreach, and collaborations. - Define brand voice and messaging frameworks.
- Collaborate with SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to optimise content for search and conversions.
- Manage social media channels, create campaigns, and maintain community engagement.
- Work with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce marketing assets.
- Track performance metrics and optimise content campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touch-points.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or digital marketing.
