Role Summary:

We are looking for an analytical, results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of Ashray Developers’ digital presence. The role involves improving organic search rankings, managing paid campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
  • Optimise and manage

    Google My Business (GMB)

    profile and local search presence.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to optimise landing pages and marketing assets.
  • Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and marketing tools.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and

    GMB optimisation

  • Experience in real estate or luxury lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Plan and execute

  • Track performance metrics and optimise content campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touch-points.
