Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and adept at driving sales through effective client engagement and relationship building. As a Sales Executive at Ashray Real Estate Developers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Provide personalized property solutions based on client needs and preferences.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our real estate offerings.
  • Conduct property presentations and tours for prospective clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Working hours: 9.30 to 05: 45p.m

Lunch Break: 01:15 to 02:30p.m

Saturdays: 09:30 to 01:15p.m

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
