Job Summary: As a project engineer specializing in residential construction, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of residential building projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and project team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Project Management: Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to engineering plans, building codes, and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks. Quality Control and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including design calculations, inspection reports, and progress reports.
