HR Manager - Female (Candidates residing in Goa only)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Develop employee engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans as needed.

3. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Organize workshops, mentorship programs, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific certifications and training requirements.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
