About Anchorial

Anchorial is a next-generation link-building agency that helps SaaS, B2B, and global brands earn real, white-hat backlinks through data-driven and relationship-based outreach. We focus on “LLM-first” link-building — creating placements that not only rank but also influence AI-driven visibility across search and chat models.


Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Work Days: Monday to Friday


As an Outreach Executive, you’ll be responsible for running personalized outreach campaigns, managing editor communications, and helping clients get high-quality backlinks that move the needle.


Role Overview

The Outreach Executive plays a key role in Anchorial’s link-building operations. You’ll work closely with the Outreach Team Lead and Outreach Manager to identify relevant websites, craft outreach emails, build relationships with editors, and close link placement opportunities. This position is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about SEO, email communication, and digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Research

  • Use tools like Snov.io to find relevant prospects and editor contacts.
  • Qualify websites based on DR, organic traffic, and topical relevance.
  • Maintain and update prospect lists in Google Sheets or internal CRMs.
  • Identify new link opportunities through guest posts, insertions, and collaborations.


2. Outreach Execution

  • Set up and manage personalized email campaigns using Apollo.io, Snov.io, or Instantly.
  • Craft well-structured and natural outreach messages.
  • Monitor open, click, and reply rates and maintain strong follow-up sequences.
  • Handle responses, negotiate placements, and maintain professionalism in communication.


3. Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with editors, webmasters, and other agencies.
  • Maintain internal records of editors, pricing, and past collaborations.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation in all communication.


4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Record daily outreach activities, placements, and responses in tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with the content team for anchor placements and article submissions.
  • Report campaign results and challenges to the Outreach Team Lead.


Required Skills & Tool Knowledge

  • Strong command of Snov.io for email prospecting and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with other email marketing tools.
  • Understanding of Ahrefs.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, backlinks, DR/UR metrics, and anchor text.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Monday, and Slack for task management.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent written communication and email etiquette.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Time management and the ability to meet daily outreach targets.
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in outreach, link building, or email marketing.
  • Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also apply.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing preferred.
