Job Description

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Implementation Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for 5 websites (our own websites). Continuously optimize websites for higher rankings, improved DA/PA, and increased organic traffic. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues (site structure, crawlability, page speed, indexing, etc.). Content Optimization Collaborate with the content team to ensure keyword-rich, optimized, and high-quality content. Identify trending keywords, LSI opportunities, and optimize on-page elements (titles, meta tags, headers, images, internal linking). Create SEO guidelines and best practices for content creators. Link Building & Outreach Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to increase domain authority. Generate international guest posting leads and partnerships to enhance brand visibility. Build and maintain relationships with high-authority publishers, bloggers, and industry websites. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools. Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports, highlighting growth in rankings, traffic, DA/PA, and lead generation. Track competitor SEO strategies and implement improvements. Traffic & Conversion Optimization Drive targeted organic traffic to all 5 websites and improve conversion rates. Optimize landing pages for lead generation, user experience, and higher engagement. Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes. Team & Project Management Coordinate with designers, developers, and content writers to implement SEO strategies. Ensure SEO projects are executed within timelines and deliver measurable results. Train and guide junior team members/interns when required. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as an SEO Manager / SEO Specialist (preferably handling multiple websites). Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Strong understanding of content marketing, link-building, and guest posting outreach. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
