SEO Manager

Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends, including both on-page and off-page SEO. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a small SEO team or collaborate with cross-functional teams (content writers, developers, designers) to implement SEO initiatives. Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits to identify crawl issues, indexation problems, site speed issues, structured data opportunities, and other technical improvements. Content Optimization: Guide the content strategy with keyword research, topic planning, and on-page SEO optimization to improve rankings and engagement. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. Link Building: Develop and manage ethical link-building strategies, including digital PR, partnerships, and outreach campaigns. Stakeholder Communication: Present SEO performance, strategy, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior management. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategy agility. Required Qualifications: 5–7 years of proven SEO experience and strong knowledge of technical SEO, content marketing, and web analytics. Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento) and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
