We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive (Female Candidate Only) with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. Handle statutory compliance processes such as PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) , including employee registration, monthly filings, and grievance handling. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave management, and salary inputs. Support performance management and appraisal coordination. Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, policies, and compliance. Coordinate internal training and employee engagement activities. Prepare and analyze HR reports related to attrition, attendance, and compliance. Required Skills: Sound knowledge of PF, ESI rules, and compliance procedures . Experience using HR software/tools (Excel, HRMS, etc.). Good understanding of HR operations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Human resources: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
