Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to manage all search engine optimization activities for our company website. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, content marketing, and technical SEO, with a proven track record of driving traffic and improving search rankings. You will work closely with the content, development, and marketing teams to optimize on-page and off-page SEO, ensuring our website meets the latest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine visibility.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and structure for search engines, Shema Markup.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement solutions (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors).
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation and updates.
  • Build and manage effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance and KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to implement SEO-related technical requirements on the website.
  • Develop and manage local SEO strategies, ensuring accurate listings and optimization for location-based searches.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the SEO landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture best practices.
  • Experience with link-building strategies and outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret SEO performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, Google updates, and industry changes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • [Optional] Familiarity with other aspects of digital marketing, such as SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with e-commerce SEO or managing SEO for large websites.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or other website management systems.
  • Knowledge of paid search and its relationship with organic rankings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • SEO Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
