Job Description We are looking for an SEO Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead our SEO strategy, execution, and performance across client accounts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, result-driven, and well-versed in the latest SEO trends and tools. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic. 2. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits. 3. Optimize on-page elements including metadata, content structure, internal linking, and site architecture. 4. Coordinate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content. 5. Manage and execute off-page SEO campaigns, including link-building strategies. 6. Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. 7. Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. 8. Collaborate with developers and designers to implement technical SEO changes. 9. Lead and mentor junior SEO executives, ensuring quality output and consistent growth. Job Requirement 1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in an agency environment). 2. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). 3. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. 4. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc. 5. Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 6. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
