Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Management

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Optimize website structure, content, metadata, blogs, and landing pages for improved performance and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEO metrics to ensure consistent growth in organic traffic.

2. Lead Generation

  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns through both organic and paid channels.
  • Develop and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and lead capture forms.
  • Identify and target key audience segments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective lead magnets, CTAs, and campaigns.

3. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Media Ads)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage ad budgets strategically to achieve maximum ROI and minimize CPA.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance.
  • Track and analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio.

4. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, and other KPIs.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve ongoing campaigns and future strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO, Lead Generation, and Paid Ads.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of keyword targeting, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or Meta Ads Certification.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress for SEO troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
