About the Role

SEO Associate

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute complete SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and link-building professionals.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Perform regular SEO audits, monitor site health, and ensure compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines.
Track performance and generate detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, and overall SEO performance.
Collaborate with PPC, social media, and content teams to align overall digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in key SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and basic web development fundamentals.
