About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, tech-savvy, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in SEO, digital growth campaigns, and AI marketing automation.
This role involves leading the marketing team, driving brand visibility, and implementing AI-powered solutions to streamline campaigns and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, content, design, and social media).
Plan and execute monthly marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Supervise team performance and ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and creative assets.
Collaborate across departments (Sales, Product, Tech) to align marketing strategies.

2. SEO & Digital Performance Marketing

Drive organic traffic through advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with performance optimization.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing ranking improvements.

3. AI & Marketing Automation

Implement and manage AI-based tools for content creation, lead nurturing, and data analysis.
Use automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) to streamline workflows.
Analyze customer journeys and deploy AI-driven personalization to enhance engagement and conversion.
Experiment with predictive analytics and AI insights for campaign optimization.

4. Content & Social Media Strategy

Oversee multi-channel content planning, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Drive engagement on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) through creative and data-backed strategies.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce impactful storytelling and visual campaigns.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Generate performance reports and insights for management review.
Use data to refine ongoing marketing initiatives and optimize budgets.

Key Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and Performance Marketing.
Practical knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation platforms
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
Understanding of email automation, CRM systems, and lead funnels.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Creativity combined with a data-driven mindset.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or AI Marketing Tools (preferred but not mandatory).
