Job Title: CRO Specialist (Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a CRO with proven Shopify experience to lead e-commerce optimization initiatives and manage Shopify-based projects. This role combines strategic A/B testing, user journey analysis, and efficient project execution to drive conversions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

CRO Strategy: Lead A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and optimize customer journeys to improve conversions on Shopify platforms.
Project Management: Plan and execute Shopify projects, oversee app integrations, theme updates, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to inform strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure timely delivery.

Skills & Experience :

3+ years managing Shopify e-commerce projects.
Strong experience in CRO methodologies, A/B testing, and data analysis.
Proficiency with Shopify admin, reporting, and app integrations.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Google Optimize.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
