Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive based in Gandhinagar Location. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective support and account management. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, monitoring account health, and developing strategies to enhance customer experience. The role also involves analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
