Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to negotiating offers and closing requisitions for technical positions
• Minimum of 4-9 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years working with Beeline (with Microsoft) in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of various technical roles, programming languages, and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, DevOps, software engineering).
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Also, Can be an Individual Contributor at times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert consultation on market trends, candidate availability, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, direct outreach, and networking to identify and engage with top talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define job requirements, develop role profiles, and ensure alignment in recruitment strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals are met and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reporting to management on recruitment activity, challenges, and successes.
• Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations of the United States of America.
