Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst. The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will maintain and optimize Workday applications, ensuring efficient system functionality and data accuracy. Responsibilities include analyzing HR processes, creating solutions to enhance operational efficiency, configuring systems, integrating Workday with other tools, and generating reports. Collaboration with HR, IT, and other departments is required to support organizational goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Workday configuration, system administration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with HR business processes, data management, and analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of integrations, system upgrades, and data reporting within Workday
• Problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
• Workday Pro certification or relevant certifications are a plus
