Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

As a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., you will be instrumental in centralizing HR technologies and processes globally, with a focus on the accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday, our Global Human Resources platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring and Maintaining Workday Core HCM Modules, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Reporting, and Security, to meet specific requirements and business needs. - Collaborating with Project Team and Stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. - Utilizing Consulting Abilities and Solution Proficiency to seamlessly integrate Workday functionalities into the business ecosystem. - Proactively Optimizing and Maintaining the Workday System to ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Providing End-User Training and Support to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities. - Troubleshooting System Issues and collaborating with technical teams for complex technical problems. - Collaborating on Integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications. - Staying Updated with Workday Releases and Industry Trends to propose enhancements effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 4 years of End-to-End Implementation/AMS/Rollout Experience in Core HCM modules. - Proficient understanding of Core HCM Localization and Legislative Requirements in various countries. - Competence in leading or supporting workshops focused on Workday Core HCM modules. - Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules. - Hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Modules, demonstrating ongoing learning and expertise. - Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages would be a plus.,
