The Customer Solutions Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs. Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions. Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required. Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain a solution's (technical) integrity over time. Architecture (ART) covers the development of end-to-end solution architecture designed to meet specific needs and works as a part of a customer team. Contains the definition of an architecture which comprises an integration design and specification of products and / or services which makeup the solution. Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams (PLM, Product R&D, Services and Care) to align on business and technical requirements, ensuring seamless delivery of services. Contribute to documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing efforts to enhance team expertise and collaboration. Work closely with development, operations, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Researches, designs, plans, develops and evaluates an effective solution in specialised domains to meet customers' requirements and outcomes, thanks to high as well as low level design of architecture. Notice - Immediate to 15 days Requirements: Develop Integration Strategy and Design. Lead the design and development of Oracle MDM Integration with various applications such as Billing, third party applications. Technical Leadership to provide and Integration best practices, development of interfaces. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. Testing and QA of Interfaces end to end and deploy them on different environments. Experience and Qualifications 8-10+ Years of Integration experience involving Oracle Utilities and MDM integration with other enterprise platforms, third party. Hands experience with Oracle MDM and Oracle Utilities Application Framework. Experience with Oracle SOA/ Oracle Integration Cloud. Strong Experience with Integration toolsmiddleware ( Web Services/Rest APIs etc). Understanding of Enterprise Architecture.
