Looking for a Dynamic Visual Merchandiser for an e-commerce brand in Mumbai. Job Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution • Conceptualize and implement visual merchandising campaigns aligned with brand goals and product strategy. • Develop visual plans, mood boards, planograms, and display mock-ups for seasonal and promotional rollouts. • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and buying teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints. Graphic Design & Visual Development • Create high-quality mock-ups, renders, and layouts for store displays, windows, and campaign setups. • Use design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or SketchUp) to bring visual ideas to life. • Design visual guidelines and communication decks for internal teams and external partners. Training & Team Enablement • Train store teams on visual merchandising standards, display techniques, and campaign implementation. • Provide clear, concise visual guidelines and conduct store walkthroughs and VM audits. • Act as a hands-on mentor during new campaign rollouts or store launches. Accountability & Ownership • Own the end-to-end VM execution — from concept to in-store delivery and post-campaign evaluation. • Monitor campaign effectiveness, customer response, and sales impact to continuously refine VM strategies. • Ensure consistency and high visual standards across all store formats. Cross-functional Collaboration • Partner with retail operations, design, marketing, and inventory teams to streamline planning and execution. • Provide input on store layout, signage, and fixture placement to enhance customer navigation and engagement. Job Qualifications • 2–7 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands. • Strong sense of design, colour theory, composition, and spatial planning. • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Canva, SketchUp, etc.). • Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills. • Strong organisational and project management abilities. • Confidence in training teams and providing constructive feedback. • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of outcomes.
