About Us We are a fast-growing creative agency specializing in crafting powerful visual content for some of the top B2B brands in India. From corporate films and product videos to brand stories and documentaries, our work blends cinematic craft with strategic intent. We are now looking for a versatile Senior Video Editor to join our post-production team and bring editorial excellence, visual storytelling, and motion artistry to life. Key Responsibilities Lead the post-production process for brand films, corporate AVs, ads, and documentaries from raw footage to final delivery. Handle advanced color grading and DI (Digital Intermediate) to create mood, consistency, and visual impact. Design and animate motion graphics , kinetic typography, lower thirds, infographics, and visual transitions that elevate storytelling. Collaborate closely with directors, creative leads, and clients to translate briefs into compelling visual edits. Manage offline and online editing workflows with a strong focus on timelines and version control. Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, and audio-visual aesthetics across various content formats. Optimize content for multiple delivery formats (broadcast, digital, social, internal). Mentor junior editors and motion designers when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , DaVinci Resolve , and Photoshop/Illustrator . Expertise in color correction and grading , with a solid understanding of LUTs, scopes, color pipelines, and delivery standards. Experience in motion graphics and animation with a strong eye for design and rhythm. Solid knowledge of sound syncing, audio mixing, and music licensing. Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional editing/post-production role, preferably in a creative agency or production house. Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen understanding of editing for emotion, clarity, and pace. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Bonus: Experience in 3D motion, VFX, or sound design. Preferred Qualities Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Strong communication skills with an ability to handle client feedback with professionalism. A collaborative mindset and openness to experimentation and new techniques.
