What youll do:

• Edit short-form and long-form content

  across formats with a strong grasp on pacing, structure, and storytelling.

• Make briefs actionable.

  Understand whats being asked, ask the right questions, and plan your edits accordingly.

• Own timelines.

  Youll manage your projects with speed and responsibility.

• Improve processes.

  From how we manage footage to how we deliver final files, were building systems for scale.

• Build and lead a team.

  As the work grows, so will the post team. Youll help us shape and lead that.

Youre right for this role if:

• You have

  23 years

  of editing experience across formats and platforms.
• You work well with structure, tight timelines, and clear feedback.
• Youre proactive. You dont wait to be told what to do, you get started.
• Youre comfortable taking feedback, but also know when to push back with reason.
• You care about the

  client experience,

  how fast we deliver, how clean our files are, how sharp our work feels.
