Job Summary: We are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads . This role is ideal for someone who can strategize, execute, optimize , and lead a team of creatives to generate high-quality leads and deliver strong ROAS. You’ll work closely with our in-house sales team and report directly to the leadership. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy and execution Build and manage campaigns that deliver 200–300+ quality leads/month Manage in-house team of video editors, content writers, and copywriters Optimize for CPL, ROAS, and lead quality , not just impressions Collaborate with sales team for feedback and funnel refinement Conduct A/B tests for creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages Set up and monitor analytics, tracking, retargeting, and reporting dashboards Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and ad trends Required Skills and Experience: 4–8 years of experience in performance marketing , with proven results Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads , and funnel building Strong understanding of KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV Experience managing budgets above ₹5L/month Team leadership experience preferred Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite Excellent communication and decision-making skills Strong creative judgment and eye for high-converting content Nice-to-Have: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or similar service industries Knowledge of tools like Zapier, Canva, Excel dashboards, YouTube Ads Background in conversion copywriting or funnel automation What We Offer: Mission-driven role with real patient impact Creative freedom and ownership over campaigns Work with a collaborative in-house team Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Exposure to one of India’s fastest-growing pain management brands About Us: Praanaa Pain Clinic is one of Hyderabad’s most trusted names in non-surgical pain relief.
