Role Overview:

Senior Creative Editor

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants to shape the creative voice of a rapidly growing brand with a national and global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Post-production:

• Own end-to-end editing of brand films, short-form content, ads, and social media videos.
• Craft dynamic and engaging video stories using motion graphics, transitions, sound, and VFX.

Creative Direction:

• Collaborate with creative producers, scriptwriters, and marketing teams to elevate content with crisp visual storytelling.
• Translate briefs and concepts into finished video assets that align with brand tone and audience needs.

Team Management & Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor junior editors and freelance creatives.
• Set editing standards, review deliverables, and ensure quality control.

Innovation & Trends:

• Stay updated on editing trends, platform-specific best practices (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, OTT, etc.), and emerging creative tools.
• Recommend new formats and creative strategies to increase engagement and reach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in video editing and creative production, preferably in a digital-first or content-heavy brand.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling sense, pacing, and rhythm.
• Working knowledge of sound design, color grading, and visual effects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, animation, or documentary-style editing.
