We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Senior Venue Manager to oversee operations across multiple ArenaZ multi-sport venues in Gurgaon.
This role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and operational excellence to ensure smooth venue management, increased utilisation, and strong revenue growth through corporate events, bulk bookings, and community engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in multi-venue sports or event management, corporate partnership development, and community sports programming.
1. Multi-Venue Operations
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple ArenaZ venues, ensuring smooth functioning, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead venue teams to maintain facilities, manage bookings, and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure financial transparency, timely reporting, and adherence to operational guidelines across venues.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.
2. Business Development & Corporate Partnerships
• Drive corporate event bookings, bulk sports bookings, and sponsorships to maximize revenue potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and community partners.
• Develop strategic partnerships to host high-visibility events such as tournaments, leagues, and brand activations.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations for long-term contracts.
3. Community Engagement & Utilisation Growth
• Host community sports events, weekend tournaments, and after-school programs to boost footfall.
• Collaborate with schools, sports academies, and local organizations to increase participation.
• Create campaigns to drive repeat bookings, memberships, and local engagement.
4. Marketing & Brand Visibility
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote events, programs, and corporate partnerships.
• Ensure brand visibility across all venues through community events, social media campaigns, and collaborations.
5. Financial & Performance Management
• Ensure all financial transactions, including corporate events and bookings, are tracked and reported accurately.
• Monitor venue-wise performance metrics, utilization rates, and revenue growth.
• Prepare periodic reports for management with actionable insights for improvement.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sports facility management, event operations, or corporate business development.
• Proven track record in multi-venue management and revenue growth.
• Strong network with corporates, event organizers, and sports academies in Delhi-NCR (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event requirements.
• Candidates living in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon will be preferred.
Desired Skills
