Job Title: Program Manager Location: Ahmadabad Report to: Regional Manager Travel: Yes, the candidate must travel to all customer locations as assigned to him/her A program manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the program in a school or a set of schools. He/Se will report to the Regional Manager and work with the school stake holders to ensure that all the day to day activities and deliverables are met. The Program Manager will also have to manage all trainers assigned to the customer and follow up on their daily work, ensuring that they do the required work on time and to the expectations of the customer. Travel: Yes, the candidate has to travel to all customer locations as assigned to him/her Key Accountabilities 1. Responsible for the EduSports in-school program deliverables by leading the team. 2. Creating yearly calendar for PE & sports and sign off with school leaders. 3. Submit the daily, weekly, and monthly planner to school leader and school PE teachers. 4. Support and monitor the program on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 5. Handhold the school PE teachers as required, post the training program. 6. Conduct weekly review meeting to review plan vs actual and share specific inputs – PE teachers. 7. Submit weekly/monthly reports to school leaders – Reflection meetings and capture minutes of meeting. 8. Responsible for substitution classes if any during program implantation. 9. Events planning and implementation with school leaders support – Capture minutes of meeting. 10. Review logbooks and SVonline reporting and correcting them periodically. 11. Trainers’ evaluation and feedback – Monthly. 12. Reporting into the regional manager of the cluster. 13. Working with different functions internally for any program implementation support. 14. Motivating the PE teachers and supporting as when required. 15. Responsible for school PE teachers hiring and replacement as per the requirement. 16. Correct SVonline dashboard and generate system reports as required. Requirements Qualifications: Degree in Physical Education/ Sports Management with a background or strong enthusiasm for sport (as a tool to drive change). Experience - 4+ years of professional experience in corporate/ education/ development, along with demonstrable team leadership skills. Should have managed a team of 4 or more people before. Candidates should have a two-wheeler and should be ready to travel. Candidate should have good command on MS Office. Will need to have good communication skills in English and Hindi and familiarity with systems and technology.
