Badminton Coach cum Venue Manager

We are urgently looking to hire a Badminton Coach who can also manage venues to join our team in Gurugram.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, for a Badminton Coach cum Venue Manager. The role involves coaching badminton to children and youth, organizing and managing badminton events, overseeing the daily operations of the venue, and ensuring a safe and positive environment. Responsibilities include planning and executing training sessions, monitoring progress, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Professional experience and proficiency in badminton coaching
• 3+ years' experience in organizing and managing sports events and venues
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with children and youth
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Relevant certifications or degrees in physical education or sports management
