What does an Inside Sales Specialist do?

Based in Bangalore, this individual will work with the Head of Marketing and Communications in developing and executing marketing content, campaigns, and social media strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.  He/she would be extensively working in the CSR development sector.

Job Brief

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing communication and strategies
• Creation and execution of marketing content across social media, digital, email, and traditional media
• Managing various campaigns over various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency
• Create high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, program reports, brochures, presentations, and promotional content
• Prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies

Key requirements

• Minimum - Bachelor’s degree (Bachelors/master’s degree in marketing or marketing-related courses will be an added advantage)
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Relevant and proven experience in CSR-specific development sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience of working in the Sports / Sport for development / CSR sector is added advantage
• Knowledge of the latest marketing tools and techniques including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in data mining and management
• Creative and a strategic mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet targets
• Passion for sports, games, and activities
