Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for an Athlete Manager/Program Coordinator. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the athletic programs and ensuring they run smoothly. Key responsibilities include overseeing the training schedules of athletes, organizing sports events and competitions, liaising with coaches and school administrators, and providing logistical support for sports programs. The role also involves monitoring the progress and performance of student-athletes, ensuring adherence to sports education standards, and promoting a positive sports culture within schools.

• Experience in managing sports programs and coordinating athletic events
• Ability to liaise effectively with coaches, school administrators, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to monitor and evaluate student-athlete performance
• Ability to work on-site in Ranchi
• A passion for sports and youth development
• Background in Athletics is preferred
• Degree or certification in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred
