Role Overview

Senior UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and user behavior insights into impactful design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine design concepts iteratively.
• Build user personas and design journeys based on research and data.
• Develop wireframes, interaction flows, and functional prototypes.
• Solve challenges around usability, accessibility, and discoverability.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless delivery.
• Partner with UI designers to ensure polished, visually appealing interfaces.
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and development teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitive product design standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on UX design experience (startup/fast-paced environments preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX across multiple domains.
• Advanced skills in

  Figma

  (experience with UXPin, Balsamiq, or similar tools is a plus).
• Working knowledge of

  HTML/CSS

  ;

  JavaScript

  is a bonus.
• Strong grasp of interaction design principles and information architecture.
• Background in user research and data-driven design decisions.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Flexibility to work with

  US PST overlap (~4 hours till 11 PM IST)

Work Model

• 3 days Hybrid (Hyderabad office):

  Early departure on office days to ensure US overlap.

• 2 days Remote:

  Work from 1 PM – 11 PM IST.
