Designation: Senior US Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior US Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the US talent market, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to hire for diverse technical and non-technical roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to build high-quality talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, ATS) to source and attract top US-based talent.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured and competency-based methods.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline status, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
• Stay updated with US labor laws, hiring trends, and market compensation insights.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements and TA best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in the US market.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and compliance requirements.
