Your primary duty will be to source candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks. It is imperative to proactively attract and engage qualified individuals and establish a talent pipeline for Sales and Customer Service roles. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates" qualifications, interpersonal aptitude, and alignment with the company's values. Specifically, you will assess sales candidates based on their ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth, while evaluating customer service applicants for their communication proficiency, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric approach. For Sales recruitment, you will be tasked with identifying and attracting high-performing sales professionals across different levels, from entry-level to senior positions. Collaboration with Sales managers to comprehend specific sales metrics, performance indicators, and key competencies will also be a critical aspect of your role. In terms of Customer Service recruitment, your focus will be on sourcing and recruiting candidates with exceptional communication abilities, empathy, and the capability to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will evaluate candidates based on their capacity to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to promote and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive sales and customer service landscape. Leveraging social media and other platforms to showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities will be vital in this endeavor. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 5+ years of experience in US Recruitment. You should also provide candidates with timely updates on their application status and offer constructive feedback when necessary. Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics, as well as utilizing data insights to optimize the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement, will be essential components of this position.,
