Senior US Recruiter

The Sr. US IT Recruiter position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience, with a preference for direct client experience. The role is based in Hyderabad and follows a PST shift timing from 9:00 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST. As a Sr. US IT Recruiter, your responsibilities will include managing the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US, handling various IT requirements, and developing recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites. You will be expected to ensure a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements, meet recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborate with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements and sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to achieve individual and team targets, and a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
