Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience who can take charge of product design from concept to execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, beautiful, and functional user experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is confident in solving user problems through design, enjoys collaborating with developers, and is comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on design solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of designs
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual language across all platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Participate in design reviews and provide/accept constructive feedback

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design
• Experience with prototyping tools and creating interactive design flows
• Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile teams or fast-paced product environments
• Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind-based systems, etc.)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Previous work in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
